During my tenure as a Senior Search Strategist and Account Director at Global Strategies and Neo@Ogilvy, now Neo Media World, I had the privilege of working with a leading digital-first global performance marketing agency. Our primary focus was developing and executing programmatic, social, and search marketing insights and strategies for a diverse range of clients.

As an account director, my team and I provided digital marketing consulting services to renowned CPG and B2B Fortune 1000 clients like Thomson Reuters Global and Philips North America. Leveraging market insights and web analytics, we developed and implemented comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing on-site and off-site content optimization, social media initiatives, content development, CPC campaigns, UX enhancements, website redesigns, information architecture improvements, sales strategies, awareness campaigns, and organic search optimization.

One of my key responsibilities involved creating content marketing blueprints and strategies for B2B demand generation campaigns and eCommerce initiatives. I carefully assessed the scope and strategy of each engagement, considering consulting requirements, costs, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and maximize results. I excelled in project management, effectively balancing budgets and resources to optimize profitability while identifying new sales opportunities.

A crucial aspect of my role was producing digital strategies that aligned with the organization's business goals. This required close coordination with stakeholders, agencies, and digital managers to ensure seamless execution across various marketing channels, including field sales, CPC, CPA, email, and social media.

In addition to strategy development, I managed reporting and analytics using tools such as Google Analytics, Site Catalyst, Google Search Console, Excel, and Tableau. This allowed me to provide in-depth insights into campaign performance and inform data-driven decision-making for my clients.

Recognizing the importance of search engine visibility, I conducted platform-agnostic technical audits to enhance search engine indexing and improve overall SEO performance.
