Summary
During my tenure at TimelyCare as Associate Vice President of Product Marketing and later as Associate Vice President of Product Strategy, I played a pivotal role in driving the success of the company in growing from $25M in ARR to $50M in ARR in 18 months. TimelyCare operates at the intersection of healthcare, higher education, and digital transformation, offering a virtual health and well-being platform that provides medical and mental health solutions to students.
One notable achievement during my time at TimelyCare was the recognition of our core product as the Best Virtual Care Platform from MedTech Breakthrough Award in 2023. This acknowledgment underscores the innovative and impactful nature of our solutions in the healthcare industry. TimelyC has also received more than 1.4k ratings with an average rating of 4.9 stars and #166 on the Medical Chart in the Apple app store.
As a leader within the organization, I reported to the SVP of Product and previously the SVP of Marketing, overseeing a team of three product strategists and an analyst. I was responsible for building and managing the product marketing management (PMM) and product strategy function, fostering collaboration across departments such as product, sales, customer success, operations, and leadership.
My primary focus revolved around driving go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and overseeing product launches for four distinct product lines that served students, campus clients, the TimelyCare provider network, and internal administrative and care delivery users. This included scaling positioning and messaging to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our offerings to target audiences. I conducted extensive research and intelligence gathering to inform product roadmap decisions and ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.
Additionally, I played a key role in enabling sales and client success by developing sales enablement materials, providing training and support, and collaborating closely with the sales team. By leveraging my expertise in product marketing and strategy, I contributed to the growth and success of TimelyCare, strengthening its market position and driving the adoption of our virtual health and well-being platform for more than 300 colleges and universities across the country and 2 million students.
